Admissions Overview

SVCA purposes to offer its Christ-centered education to students whose families desire to positively contribute to the mission of SVCA. Attendance at SVCA is a privilege and is based on the student's academic record, admissions evaluation and availability of a space at the given grade level.

There are several details that prospective families are expected to recognize when considering enrolling your student into SVCA. Prior to admission, it is the responsibility of the parents to thoroughly review and ensure they understand the contents of the school handbook.

Applications are accepted at any time of the year. Final decisions regarding the student's application will not be made until all necessary documentation has been provided.

Students entering our K5 Kindergarten Program must be five-years-old by October 31st of the current school year. The same applies for our K3 & K4 Programs. It is recommended that students wishing to enter into our Kindergarten Programs, do so at the beginning of the school year. Due to the structure of the curriculum, it is possible that a student might not be admitted after the first four weeks of school.

SVCA admits students of any religion, race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities made available to students in the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, nationality and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational and/or school administered programs. The school maintains the right to refuse admittance to anyone it so chooses.
