Parents In Action is the parent organization of SVCA that raises
funds to support SVCA and our teachers with special projects. They have two major
fund raisers every year -- the Thanksgiving Luncheon and the Annual
Auction. In addition, they administer the collection of Box Tops and
Campbell soup labels. The proceeds from the auction and the luncheon
enable the PIA to complete projects such as fencing in the
playground, purchasing classroom TVs for educational purposes, renovating the gym locker rooms,
and most recently providing financial support for the teachers to
attend the ACSI Educators Convention in Washington DC. |
